I believe there are certain healthy habits for moms that make all the difference to parent the best we know we can.
It took me a while to get my life and schedules adjusted to my first child, Surah – no matter how much preparations we had, we still need to make adjustments. Then along came Miraj, by then I had an idea of what to expect – and yet it took me even longer to adjust to two kids now – I had to find our new “normal”. As a family of four (mash’Allah), things could easily get hectic and exhausting – I tried several schedules and tried new techniques to adjust and after some time – I finally achieved not only a balance that I am comfortable with, but I altered my habits to ensure mama is happy – afterall, doesn’t happy + healthy mama = happy +healthy child = and therefore, family?!
Today, I want to share with you all, 10 health habits I feel will uplift your spirits even on those crummy days. Forming healthy habits will make you feel like you can conquer the world! So here they are:
