Blush Bassinet is a lifestyle blog for moms.
I created Blush Bassinet to encourage mom-positivity and to share my joy of being a mother to Surah and Miraj. I see it as the biggest blessing in my life. Though it may seem I am enjoying it everyday, I will bluntly tell you it’s not always roses and daisies. Some days I am beat, both emotionally and physically! But when I put my little monsters to bed, and as I sit in my home office to drink my chai, I remind myself of all the little things that I cherish about being their mother. We shape the memories they make growing up and for me, that is a big honor. This thought calms my nerves each night to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.
And so, it’s this journey I take you all along with me through each blog post, photo captured or video filmed.
To put it plainly, Blush Bassinet is a lifestyle blog for moms seeking inspiration to make the little things in life wonderful. From styling your children to creating family traditions, I am believe you will have a blast following along.

A mother to two beautiful souls – Surah and Miraj. A wife to Milad Alemi – MBA, Treasury Consultant and Crypto Fanatic. Daughter of Rona Sohrab and Nasir Tarin. Born in Kabul, Afghanistan. Raised in Toronto, Canada. Lives in Southern California, United States. Full name is Sadaf, but her pet name growing up has always been Sadii.
